摘    要:本文研究了棉花种子发芽过程中,子叶内储藏物质代谢及外源赤霉素的调节。结果表明,赤霉素促进了脂肪的降解,子叶中可溶性糖的含量增加;同时影响了蛋白质代谢过程中氨基酸含量的变化,显著地促进了天门冬氨酸含量的增加,而明显地降低了谷氨酸的含量。赤霉素影响了棉苗干物质的分配,对子叶的发育有促进作用,而对胚根(24h后)和下胚轴(48h)的发育有抑制作用。从整体上讲,赤霉素可以促进棉花种子胚根突破种皮和迅速均匀出苗。但是由于赤霉素后期(48h)抑制了下胚轴和胚根的发育,不利于棉花立苗,降低了棉苗抵抗外界不良环境的能力,从而不利于棉花培育壮苗

Abstract:The regulation of exogenous GA 3 on the mobilization of the main reserves in cotton seed cotyledon was studied in this paper during seed germination by using CRI 12 as plant material. The results showed that exogenous GA 3 promotes lipid decomposition and increases the content of soluble carbohydrates in cotton cotyledon, that meanwhile, exogenous GA 3 affects the change of amino acid contents during protein mobilization. It profoundly raises the content of aspartic acid and decreases the content of glutamic acid and that exogenous GA 3 affects the distribution of dry matter in cotton seedling, promoting the development of cotyledon and retarding the development of hypocoty (after 48 hours) and primary root (after 24 hours). Generally, exogenous GA 3 can promote primary root to break through seed coat and give a quick and even emergence of cotton seedling. Because of exogenous GA 3 retarding the development of primary root and hypocoty in later period (after 48 hours), it decreases the capacity of cotton seedling to resist bad environments, which is not good for the quality of cotton seedling.
