摘    要:6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)是一种人工合成的细胞分裂素,可促进种子萌发,延缓花及果实衰老。本试验以晋绿9号为材料,用不同浓度的6-BA浸种,探究6-BA 对盐胁迫下绿豆种子萌发和幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)低浓度6-BA(≤10mg/L)处理可缓解盐胁迫对种子萌发的影响,提高绿豆种子的发芽势和发芽率。当提高6-BA的浸种浓度(≥20mg/L),种子萌发受到抑制;(2)低浓度盐胁迫会促进根和幼苗下胚轴的伸长,高浓度盐胁迫则抑制根的生长;6-BA浸种会抑制根和幼苗下胚轴的伸长,而且6-BA浓度越高抑制作用越明显;(3)与对照相比,盐胁迫会明显增加绿豆幼苗中脯氨酸(Pro)含量,引起丙二醛

Abstract:6-benzylaminoadenine (6-BA) is a synthetic cytokinin that promotes seed germination, but slows down flower and fruit aging. The effects of 6-BA on seed germination and physiological and biochemical indexes of mung bean were studied by seed soaking with different concentrations of 6-BA. The results showed that: (1) Low concentration of 6-BA (≤10mg/L) could alleviate the effect of salt stress on seed germination and increase the germination potential and germination rate of mung bean seed. When the soaking concentration of 6-BA (≥20mg/L)was increased, seed germination was inhibited. (2) Low concentration of salt stress will promote the elongation of hypocotyls of roots and seedlings, and the high concentration of salt stress inhibited root growth. 6-BA pretreatment inhibited the elongation of hypocotyls of roots and seedlings, and the higher the concentration of 6-BA, the stronger the inhibition. (3) Compared with the control, salt stress could significantly increase the content of proline (Pro) in mung bean seedlings and cause the increase of malondialdehyde (MDA). but decreased of peroxidase (POD) activity. After pretreatment with low concentration of 6-BA, the contents of Pro and MDA were inhibited under salt stress treatment. Compared with salt stress alone, after high concentration of 6-BA pretreatment, SOD and POD activity of salt stress treatment were increased. The results showed that the seed soaking with suitable concentration 6-BA could promote the germination and seedling growth of mung bean under salt stress.
