白头翁3种提取液对玉米小斑病菌的抑制效果

采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定白头翁不同有机溶剂(氯仿、石油醚、正丁醇)粗提取液对玉米小斑病菌茵丝生长和孢子萌发的作用.结果表明,白头翁不同溶剂提取液对玉米小斑病菌茵丝生长和孢子萌发均具有一定的抑制作用,且对菌丝生长的抑制效果好于对其孢子萌发的抑制效果.石油醚和氯仿提取液对菌丝生长的抑制效果较好,在浓度为100mg/L时,抑制率分别为70.68%和60.12%,在浓度为250mg/L时,白头翁石油醚提取液对孢子萌发的抑制率达到76.59%,与对照差异显著.

Inhibitory Effects of Three Extracts of Pulsatilla on Bipolaris maydis

Effects of three extracts of Pulsatilla with 3 different solvents(petroleum ether,chloroform and N-butanol)on hyphal growth and spore germination of Bipolaris maydis were studied.The growth rate method and spore germination method were used to determine the activities.The results showed that three extracts of Pulsatilla had significant antibacterial activity on the pathogens tested although their effects on hyphal growth were higher than those on spore germination.The effects of petroleum ether extract and chloroform extract were higher at the concentration of 100 mg/L,with the inhibition rate of 70.68%and 60.12%,respectively.At the concentration of 250mg/L,the inhibition rate on spore germination of petroleum ether extract reached 76.59%,significant different from the CK.
