摘    要:本试验以源限制型水稻品种亚优2号、献改优63和汕优63为材料,研究籽粒发育过程中籽粒库强与其淀粉积累之间的关系。结果表明:(1)强、弱势粒淀粉积累与其胚乳细胞的数目密切相关,两者表现出明显的同步性;(2)强势粒蔗糖合成酶、腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶和淀粉合成酶最大活性高峰出现时间显著早于弱势粒的出现时间,

Abstract:Investigation was carried out on the relationship between the grain sink strength and starch accumulation of strong and weak grains of three source-limiting rice varieties (Yayou 2, Xiangaiyou 63 and Shanyou 63) during their development. The results indicated that: (1) There was a close relation between the numbers of endosperm cells and starch accumulation of strong and weak grains, both showing synchrinism; (2) The maximum activities of sucrose synthase, ADP-glucose pyrophosphorylase and starch synthase of strong grains appeard much earlier than those of weak grains, and the activities of enzymes of the former were also higher than those of the later, which was in accordance with the starch accumulative dynamics of strong and weak grains; (3) The roles of invertase and starch phosphorylase in sucrose metabolism and starch biosynthesis were much smaller; and (4) There existed a close relation between energy metabolism and starch accumulation of grains. It was suggested that the grain sink strength played an important role in starch accumulation.
