硼、钼对花生氮代谢的影响

摘    要:取广东省花生主产区土壤研究硼、钼对花生氮代谢影响.结果表明,分别施用硼、钼和二者配合施用均可显著或极显著提高花生叶片的硝酸还原酶和根瘤固氮酶活性,促进花生固氮及对氮的利用,显著或极显著增加花生氮的积累量,促进氮素从营养器官向籽粒转移,提高花生产量和籽粒的蛋白质含量,并使土壤中有效氮含量提高.

Abstract:Two types of soils which collected from main peanut cultivated areas in Guangdong province were utilized to investigate the effects of B or Mo application on peanut nitrogen metabolism by a pot culture experiment. The results indicated that B or Mo application and combined application with B and Mo very significantly increased the nitrate reductase activity (NRA) in leaves and the nitrogenase uctivity (NA) in nodules, increased the uptake of N, promoted the N translocated from various vegetative organs to the grains. At maturity, both N amount and proportion distributed to the grains increased remarkably. Yield and quality of the grains was also improved.
