冬小麦抗旱生理特性的研究

Abstract:Six winter wheat cultivars were studied under drought stress and normal conditionsto investigate their drought--resistant physiological characteristics. The results revealedthat the order of the drought--resistant coefficients of the winter wheat cultivars studiedwas: Changle 5>Qinmai 3>Shannong 587>Jinan 13>Lumai 5>Yannong 15; andthe osmotic adjustment ability was greater in cultivars with stronger drought resist-ance than in those with weaker drought resistance, indicating that drought--resistantcoefficient and osmotic adjustment ability were the best indications of drought resist-ance in winter wheat. Further studies revealed that there were also other indicators for drought resistance,although they were only effective at certain growth stages. Thus, the stomatal resist-ance during the jointing, booting and florescent stages was stronger, the netphotosynthetic rate during the filling and milky stages was higher; and the leaf waterpotential from the booting stage to the milky stage, when under slow droughtconditions and when 50% of the photosynthesis were inhibited, was lower incultivars with stronger drought resistance.Similarly, the accumulation of proline wasgreater in cultivars with stronger drought resistance.
