摘    要:通过盆栽试验,研究了土培条件下,双子叶植物黄瓜和禾本科单子叶植物小麦根细胞质外体中铁的累积状况。结果表明,在土壤有效铁缺乏的情况下,小麦根细胞质外体中可以有大量铁的累积,约占根吸收铁总量的53%。而黄瓜根系质外体铁的累积却非常少,仅占根吸收铁总量的4.7%。说明根细胞质外体铁的累积可能与植物缺铁条件下的适应性机理不同有关;在土壤中供给可溶态铁(如EDTA-Fe)时,无论黄瓜或小麦,其根系质外体均可

Abstract:The accumulation of apoplasmic Fe in the roots of gramineous monocotyle- donous wheat and dicotyledonous cucumber was investigated by a pot soil experiment. Results showed that in the lack of available iron, much apoplasmic Fe, i. e. , about 53% of the total Fe absorbed by roots, was accumulated in the wheat roots, but only about 4.7% apoplasmic Fe of the total Fe accumulated in the cucumber roots. If soluable Fe, such as EDTA-Fe, was supple mented to soil, the apoplasmic Fe, whether in wheat or cucumber roots, had largely accumulated and the content made up about 75%-80% of total Fe. It suggested the responsive pattern of wheat and cucumber to the Fe lack was probably different.
