重要抗源京核8811品系抗小麦条锈病主效基因的单体分析

摘    要:采用单体分析技术,用中国小麦条锈菌优势小种CY31和埃塞俄比亚菌系35E134的单孢菌系对重要抗源京核8811品系进行抗条锈基因分析及定位。结果表明:京核8811含有抗35E134菌系、位于2A染色体上和抗CY31菌系、位于4D染色体上的两对显性抗条锈基因,二者均控制0-0;的侵染型。异同比较显示,定位基因不同于国际上已定名的抗条锈基

Abstract:Monosomic analysis of wheat line Jinghe 8811 for resistance to Puccinia striiformis West. pathotype CY31 and 35E134, which were from China and Ethiopia, respectively, was carried out. The results showed that two dominant resistant major genes existed in Jinghe 8811. One was located on chromosome 2A and conferred resistance to pathotype 35E134, the other located on chromosome 4D and resistance to pathotype CY31, and all controlled 0-0 ; infection types (IT). The two genes were different from named genes. We called them YrJh1 and YrJh2 temporarily. The resistance spectrum of YrJh2 was wider than that of YrJh1 , thus Jinghe 8811 has high resistance to Puccinia striiformis West. and can be effectively used in breeding.
