摘    要:在本试验生产条件下和施氮量范围内, 具有9000 kg/hm2产量潜力的品种鲁麦22与7500 kg/hm2产量潜力的鲁麦14相比较, 鲁麦22品种随着施氮量的增加, 开花后旗叶光合速率高值持续期长, 旗叶磷酸蔗糖合成酶(SPS)活性和籽粒腺苷二磷酸葡萄糖焦磷酸化酶(ADPG-Ppase)活性高, 标记旗叶的14C同化物滞留在标记叶中的比例少、向籽粒分配的

Abstract:The amount of nitrogen applied and physiological characteristics in winter wheat cultivars with different yield potentials were studied comparatively. The results indicated that with the increase of the amount of nitrogen applied, the high value duration of the photosynthesis of the flag leaf of Lumai22 treatment with 9000 kg/hm 2 yield potential was remarkably longer than those of Lumai14 cultivar/treatment with 7500 kg/hm 2 yield potential, the activities of sucrose phosphate synthase in the flag leaf and adenosine diphosphate glucose pyrophosphorylase in the kernel were higher, the proportion of 14 C assimilate left in the labeled flag leaf was less and the proportion of 14 C assimilate in the kernel was larger, the kernel yield was higher. The results of research by using 15 N isotope showed that the utilization rate of fertilizer nitrogen of Lumai22 cultivar with treatment of high amount of applied nitrogen was higher than those of Lumai14 cultivar/treatments. It was of suggested the amount of 210~270 kg/hm 2 was appropriate to elevate the kernel yield from 7500 kg/hm 2 to 9000 kg/hm 2 in winter wheat regions of Yellow River and Huaihe River.
