摘    要:以杂交粳稻常优1号和常规粳稻武运粳7号为材料,研究了不同施氮量和栽插密度对粳稻稻米淀粉RVA谱特性的影响。结果表明:(1)两供试品种的RVA谱特性存在品种间差异,常优1号的峰值黏度和崩解值较大,冷胶黏度、消减值、回复值和糊化起始温度较低。(2)施氮量和栽插密度对RVA谱特性均有不同程度的影响,而施氮量的影响更大。(3)

Abstract:The effects of nitrogen applied and planting density on RVA profile characteristic of japonica rice were studied by using Changyou 1(a japonica hybrid cultivar) and Wuyunjing 7(a traditional japonica cultivar) as materials.The results were as follows:(1)There were differences in RVA profile characteristics between two cultivars, peak viscosity and breakdown of Changyou 1 were higher than those of Wunyunjing 7 and cool viscosity, setback, consistence and pasting temperature of Changyou 1 were lower than those of Wunyunjing 7.(2)Amount of nitrogen applied and planting density affected RVA profile characteristic in different degree, and the effect of amount of nitrogen applied was larger than that of planting density.(3) With increasing amount of nitrogen applied, peak viscosity, hot viscosity, breakdown and cool viscosity decreased gradually, but setback increased and other parameters didn't have obvious regular changes.With increasing planting density, peak viscosity and breakdown increased firstly and then decreased, while setback decreased firstly and then increased, and other parameters didn't have obvious regular changes.(4)The effect was largest on setback, larger on breakdown, peak viscosity and hot viscosity, smaller on cool viscosity, consistence and peak time third, and smaller on pasting temperature least.
