超干花生种子耐藏性与脂质过氧化作用

摘    要:超干花生种子(含水量2.11%)在常温条件下能显著地延长种子耐藏期。 超干燥贮藏过程中, 种子内部清除活性氧的酶(SOD、 POD、 CAT)系统仍保持较高的活性, MDA和挥发性醛产生量较低。 结果认为对脂质过氧化的抑制作用是超干种子耐贮藏的生理原因之一。

Abstract:The storage life of ultradried peanut seeds (MC2.11%) was obviously raised under nature-temperature condition. The results showed that the activity of the system of scavenging active oxygen (SOD, POD, CAT) was kept well, the contents of MDA and a-aldehydes were relatively low during ultradried seed storage. It is suggested that ultradried seeds were less attacked by active oxygen produced during storage, and low extent of lipid peroxidation might be one of the physiological causes of storage-tolerance in ultradried peanut seeds.
