高温胁迫对水稻剑叶保护酶活性和膜透性的影响

摘    要:对2个耐热性不同的水稻品系进行高温处理(8:00~17:00, 37℃; 17:00~8:00, 30℃), 测定了高温胁迫对水稻剑叶中保护酶类活性和膜透性的影响。结果表明,水稻剑叶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POX)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AsA-POX)活性在高温胁迫初期均有明显增加,尔后快速下降, 耐热品系996这
