摘    要:研究了硅对盐胁迫烟草(Nicotiana tabacum L.)悬浮细胞的影响.结果表明,硅通过提高盐胁迫细胞胞外过氧化物酶POD活性、改善细胞的长宽比例使细胞更趋向于圆形和减少盐胁迫引起的畸形细胞等作用使细胞保持较旺盛的分裂和代谢能力,硅可进一步调节细胞内水分状况,增强细胞的耐盐性.本文对这一影响的可能机制进行了讨论.

Abstract:To understand the interaction of silicon and salt in plant and the possible mechanism,2 mmol/L silicon was put into tobacco cell suspension together with 3 different salt levels of 0,50 and 100 mmol/L NaCl.The results showed that silicon could significantly increase POD activity in tobacco cell suspension system under salt stress condition.The increased enzymatic activity that might modify the structure and properties of the cell wall induced a serial biochemical reaction in the cells.An active metabolism in the cells not only raised cells' fresh weight and dry weight,but also improved the cells shape from abnormal to round,because the ratio of the length to the width of the cells trended to 1 when silicon was available.It seemed that fresh weight increased more than dry weight when silicon was added,suggesting that silicon might be useful to alleviate water stress induced by salinity.
