摘    要:以不同类型的抗旱花生种质为材料,于花针期干旱胁迫处理43 d,调查和分析了水分胁迫对叶片SOD活性、蛋白质和水势影响的动态变化以及干旱胁迫对花生主要经济性状的影响。分析结果表明在干旱胁迫初期,花生叶片的SOD活性下降,蛋白质含量增加,此时品种之间的SOD活性变化差异不明显,但蛋白质含量差异显著。在严重干旱胁迫时

Abstract:Drought stress is a serious constraint for groundnut production worldwide. Developing genotypes with drought tolerance is one economic approach to abate the damage of stress. Study on the tolerance mechanism of groundnut is necessary to its breeding. The SOD activity, protein content and water potential in groundnut leaves were investigated during the period of drought stress from the first flowering. The results indicated that the SOD activity weakened and the protein content went up during the early stress period. There was no significant difference between the tolerant and susceptible genotypes on SOD activity, but the protein content in the tolerant genotype was higher than that in the susceptible genotype. Along with the stress continuing, the SOD activity increased and protein content reduced. At this stage, the SOD activity in tolerant genotype was stronger than that in susceptible genotype while there was no significant difference between the tolerant and susceptible genotypes in protein content. One more protein band was found under drought stress than irrigation check, but there was no significant difference in the protein components among the genotypes. Different tolerant characteristics might be involved in different genotypes, such as pod number and yield per plant as well as seed mass in Yuhua 13, FDRS10, SOD activity and protein content at the early stress period in Nankang Zhisizi, and SOD activity in Mashan Eryang. Under drought stress, the water potential was higher in dragon type than in other types.
