摘    要:对以农杆菌介导法获得的rolB转基因农垦58S的研究表明,rolB能明显改变水稻内源激素水平。其中,叶片和长日照条件下幼穗IAA水平有明显升高,同时长日照条件下iPAs及GA含量也有不同程度增加,但ABA水平无明显改变。rolB对水稻株型有明显影响,表现为株型紧凑,叶片直立、深绿,多数后代株系分蘖减少,叶片和颖花等器官变小,

Abstract:The investigations on the rolB transgenic rice ( Oryza sativa L. var. Nongken 58S) obtained by Agrobacterium -mediated transformation showed that the endogenous hormone levels of rice were changed by rolB distinctly,i.e. IAA contents in both of leaves under different photoperiod and young panicles under long-day condition were increased significantly and the iPAs and GA contents in both of leaves and young panicles under long-day also heightened in some degree,while the ABA content maintained a similar level to that of control. The morphological studies indicated that the plant type of rolB -transformed rice was improved or changed with upright leaves and more compact and upright plant type,most of progeny lines with fewer tillers and reduced sizes of some organs (leaves,caryopsis,etc.) showed auxin-like effects of rolB gene. Meanwhile,we also found some progeny lines showing practical potentials for plant type improvement with ideal form,but less variability in other traits. The investigations on fertility expression showed that the male fertility of transgenic plants was increased significantly under long-day and their photo-sensitivities attenuated,which might be affected by changed endogenous hormone levels.
