摘    要:选择了当前推广的不同穗型的两个冬小麦品种为材料,利用同位素示踪技术和常规测定技术,对其部分生理特性的变化进行了比较研究。结果表明,两品种在群体根系活力、群体光合速率和物质运转分配等特性的变化上存在较大差异,此三种生理特性的综合作用决定了不同品种间籽粒产量和经济系数的高低。大穗型品种平均单茎根系活力和单茎光合速率同小穗型品种相比存在较高优势。

Abstract:Differences of change dynamics of root population absorption activity, canopy apparent photosynthesis rate, nutrient distribution and biomass accumulation between large spike and small spike wheat varieties which were spread on a large scale were studied using isotope tracer and canopy apparent photosynthesis measurement techniques. The results showed that the change dynamics of root population absorption activity, canopy apparent photosynthesis rate and 32P nutrient distribution percentage of large spike type variety 78-3 was significantly different from that of small spike variety Lumai 14, The multiple action of these physiologic char-acteistics determine grain yield and economic coefficient. The root absorption activity per stem and apparent photosynthesis rate per stem of large spike type variety were superior to that of small spike type variety.
