| 摘 要： | 用禽多杀性巴氏杆菌和大肠杆菌本地分离菌株，分别液体培养、灭活，按一定比例混合，加入油佐剂制成二联灭活油乳剂疫苗。以0．5mL／只、1．0mL／只两个剂量分别肌肉注射免疫2月龄非免鸡30只，同条件设非免疫对照组8只，免疫后21d用两种分离菌株分别攻毒及两种菌混合攻毒。试验结果显示，对禽多杀性巴氏杆菌的保护率为80％，对大肠杆菌病的保护率为100％，对两种菌混合攻毒的保护率为80％。本试验结果说明研制的二联灭活油乳剂疫苗安全有效。 |
