多效唑诱导芒果反季节开花试验

摘    要:用多效唑处理采收后和春季未开花的紫花芒果树均能诱导反季节开花。夏季处理的时间在7月上旬,春季处理的时间在4月中旬,每株用量18g。在多效唑不同方式的处理中,以根系输液效果最好;大枝打孔注入和土壤浸施处理效果较好,可操作性强;强力高压注射效果虽然较好,但注射所需时间太长,应用受限制。春季未成花的芒果树用多效唑处理后,果实于秋季成熟,效益比正造果提高3~5倍。

Abstract:This study included two sub-trial. Paclobutrazol was applied through root-inserted, entering through holing, soil immersing and high-pressure injection during the first ten days of July in one sub-trial and paclobutrazol was applied through soil immersing during second ten days of April in another sub-trial. The dose of paclobutrazol was 18 g per tree. The results showed the effect of root-inserted was best, but the methods of entering through holing and soil immersing were more simple and high-pressure injection was more difficult to apply. The fruits of tree without flower in spring was harvested in autumn when treated by paclobutrazol, the price of market was higher 3~5 times than that of harvested in summer.
