| 摘 要： | 禽流感（AI）是由A型流感病毒引起的一种禽类感染和/或疾病综合征,在许多国家给家禽养殖业带来巨大的经济损失,而且威胁到人类的健康和安全.从禽流感病毒（AIV）的分子生物学特性及检测技术的最新研究进展进行了概述,重点介绍了禽流感诊断技术的最新研究及进展.

| Abstract: | Avian influenza(AI) is an infection and/or disease syndrome caused by type A influenza virus(AIV).It has been causing seriously loss of economy in poultry industry and becoming a threat to the human health.The article summarized the update progress of molecular biology and diagnostic techniques of AIV and focused on the diagnostic techniques of AIV. |
