| 摘 要： | 从母乳哺育的３～５月龄健康婴儿的粪便中分离到可疑双歧杆菌，通过驯化，获得一株较耐氧的菌株。经属和种的系统生理生化鉴定，确认为两叉双歧杆菌。将它制成活菌胶囊，在本校小范围服用结果表明，该菌对急慢性肠炎、腹泻、便秘等症有显著疗效。

| Abstract: | A Bifidobacterium sp. has been isolated from feces of a breast-fed infant aged three to five months. Through a series of subculture, an oxygen-tolerant strain BB-1 has been obtained. Studies on its physiological and biochemical characteristics indicated that the isolate is Bifidobacterium bifidum.A process for manufacturing bio-active capsule containing B.bifidum is developed and pilot-scale test showed that the capsule has significant cure effect on various disorders such as diarrhea,constipation, acute and chronic enteritis. |
