摘    要:脂肪组织中含有大量的间充质干细胞,目前对于间充质干细胞的研究主要是关注其基本的生物学特性和临床应用方面。脂肪干细胞因具有与骨髓间充质干细胞相似的生物学特性,且有易获取、安全、可迅速扩增等特点,已成为现有干细胞生物工程研究的最理想来源。利用脂肪干细胞建立大动物模型,以研究人类疾病、异体器官移植、动物疾病治疗和组织修复等方面,已成为脂肪干细胞的一个研究趋势。本文将对家畜脂肪干细胞的分离培养、表面抗原鉴定、分化能力、应用前景及存在问题做一综述。

Abstract:Adipose tissue contains a large number of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).Currently,the major research is focused on the basic biological characteristics and clinical application of MSCs.Adipose-derived stem cells(ASCs) share similar characteristics with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs),and have the advantages including relative ease of collection,safety and easy-to-amplification.It has become the most satisfactory source of cells for the engineering research of stem cells.It has become a trend for the research of ASCs that use ASCs to build large animal models and contribute to the study of human diseases,allogeneic organ transplantation,animal disease treatment,tissue repair,etc.In this review,we discussed isolation methods,expression of surface molecules,and differentiation capability in livestock ASCs research.Finally,we pointed out the issues to be addressed and hurdles to be overcome.
