摘    要:研究了长期定位试验不同土地利用方式下土壤微生物生物量氮的变化,结果表明:农田生态系统中,长期施用化肥并不能提高微生物生物量氮的水平,但可以加快其周转速率。NPK配合猪厩肥处理的微生物体氮含量最高,周转也最快。林地和草地生态系统中,荒地处理由于积累的有机物很多,其微生物量氮最大,其次是林地处理和割草处理,裸地处理的微生物生物量氮最低。各处理的土壤微生物量周转速率为:NPK+M>荒地>林地=割草>NPK>CK>裸地。

Abstract:The effect of different land-use types on the soil microbial biomass nitrogen (MBN) was studied in long-term experiment. The results showed that not MBN content but turnover rate was promoted by long-term chemical fertilization in farmland ecosystem. The MBN content and turnover rate reached the maximum in NPK+pig manure treatment. The MBN content in wasteland treatment was the highest in woodland and grass ecosystem due to large numbers of organic matter, and it was a little lower in woodland and mowing land. The MBN content was the lowest in bare land no matter in farmland or woodland and grass ecosystem. The turnover rate of soil MBN was NPK+M> wasteland > woodland = mowing land > NPK > CK >bare land treatment.
