京郊有机肥产品质量调查与分析

摘    要:为更好了解北京郊区生产的有机肥产品的质量现状,摸清有机肥原料的养分及重金属含量范围,选取当地14家有机肥厂生产的有机肥成品及其原料作为研究对象,对采集样品的主要养分、重金属含量进行了检测分析。结果表明:北京市郊区有机肥产品仍存在养分含量不达标,重金属含量超标等质量问题。所检测的14个有机肥样品中,21%的样品总养分含量不达标,36%的样品有机质含量不达标;不同种类的生产原料总养分和有机质的含量差异较大,且同一种类不同批次类原料养分含量也有较大差异;重金属Cr、Hg、As含量均未超标,Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn含量部分厂家产品有不同程度超标,其中Cu超标比例最大,有28.6%的样品超过国家限量标准;不同种类生产原料重金属含量差异较大,牛粪、鸡粪、糖渣中的重金属含量普遍偏高。

Investigation and Analysis on Quality of Organic Fertilizer Products in the Suburbs of Beijing

Abstract:In order to understand the quality status of organic fertilizer products in the suburbs of Beijing, and to find out the contents of nutrients and heavy metals in organic fertilizer raw materials, the raw materials and finished products of commercial organic fertilizer were investigated. The samples were selected from 14 organic fertilizer plants in the suburbs of Beijing, and the contents of nutrients and heavy metals in the samples were detected. The contents of total nutrient and organic matter in some organic fertilizer products were not up to the standard, and the contents of heavy metals exceeded the standard. The contents of total nutrients and organic matters were different among varied types of raw materials, and the contents of total nutrients and organic matters were also different in the same kind of raw materials in different batches. The contents of Cr、Hg、As didn’t exceeded the national standards, but the content of Cd、Pb、Cu、Zn exceeded the national standards in certain factories. The Cu content exceeded in the largest proportion, and there were 28.6% samples exceeding the standards. The contents of heavy metal were different among varied types of raw materials, the content of heavy metals in cow manure, chicken manure and sugar residue is generally higher.
