摘    要:采用添加高效腐熟菌剂NMF菌群进行奶牛粪便的腐熟试验。结果表明,接种NMF菌剂的奶牛粪便在25 d内可以达到腐熟标准,氮磷钾总养分和腐植酸分别比不接菌处理提高18%和45%。NMF菌剂可以通过改变微生物区系、增加纤维素酶和多酚氧化酶活性等途径加快腐熟速度,促进腐熟程度。

Abstract:Compost technology is a valuable tool to eliminate pollution caused by organic waste materials and increase yields.However,little is known about the effect of decomposing microbial inoculums NMF on composting of cow-dung that is hard to be composed due to the special properties.Medium-scale composting of cow-dung with artificial turning was carried out to compare effects of inoculation with NMF microbial flora with non-inoculation control on decomposing of cow dung.The results indicated that inoculation with NMF microbial flora could obviously accelerate the composting process.The temperature of compost inoculated with NMF microbial flora could be increased above 50℃ in 5 d and maintained for 15 d.After 25 d,the composed standard was obtained.In addition,the total nutrition of N,P and K and humic acid in the compost were increased by 18% and 45% respectively compared to the non-inoculation control.NMF microorganism could efficiently accelerate the composting speed by way of altering microflora,increasing cellucase and polyphenol oxidiase activity.
