冀西北坝上菜区西芹硝酸盐积累状况及分析

摘    要:参考WHO/FAO规定的日允许摄入量换算得到的评价标准,调查评价了坝上地区西芹硝酸盐的积累状况。分析结果表明,西芹的品种及不同部位间硝酸盐含量差异较大,不同部位的积累量为:茎>叶。另外,同一部位不同部分的含量也有较大差异,一般外叶>内叶,茎下部>茎上部。从农产品安全卫生学的评价标准表明,坝上高施肥老菜区西芹硝酸盐含量相当一部分超标。

Abstract:The nitrate accumulation of celery in Bashang region was investigated and evaluated with the standards from the maximum daily nitrate intake threshold issued by WHO/FAO. The results showed that the differences in nitrate accumulation occurred among celery cultivars and celery organs were highly significant. In the old vegetable region, the quantity of accumulated nitrate in different parts of celery showed as follows: stem>leaf, the lower part of stem>the upper part of stem .The health evaluation of was proposed on the basis of ADI values.
