| Abstract: | The key of saving water for agriculture is that the main potential for saving water is in the river water irriga- tion region. Amount of irrigation should be controlled according to the needs of agriculture, and low level groundwater and brackish water should be exploited in the river water irrigation region. The reform direction of river water irrigation region is the combination of well and channel irrigation, and management for water resources and th e reform of water price should be strength. |
