摘    要:利用太湖五里湖污染底泥,在不破坏表层沉积物层理结构的情况下,研究太湖常见沉水植物在此底泥上适应性生长情况及其对富营养化水体的净化能力。结果表明:实验沉水植物都能在污染底泥中生长良好,同时不同沉水植物均可使上覆水体中氮和磷水平明显降低,叶绿素a的含量也大幅度的减少,水体透明度增大,水质改善。间隙水中氮磷含量在实验时间内也有一定的降低。因此,恢复太湖沉水植被,是重建富营养化湖泊生态系统的重要措施。

Abstract:Growth of submerged macrophytes and decontaminating effectiveness of eutrophicated water body by using polluted sediments and eutrophicated waters from Lake Wulihu of Jiangsu were studied.The results showed that six submerged macrophytes would all grow well on polluted sediments,and each species had great ability to remove nitrogen and phosphorus in upper water,to decrease Chla contents and improve water quality.And nitrogen and phosphorus in interstitial water were reduced significantly.It was demonstrated that reestablishment submerged macrophytes could efficiently reduce the nutrient level and improve water quality in the eutrophic lakes.
