不同连作年限麦冬根际微生物区系动态研究

摘    要:从麦冬根际微生物区系的变化来研究连作对麦冬生长环境的影响发现:1.在麦冬根际微生物中,细菌占99%以上,放线菌占0.44%,真菌最少,从三个不同取样部位来看,麦冬块根根际土微生物总量>麦冬须根根际土微生物总量>麦冬根外土微生物总量;2.随着连作年限的增加,细菌和放线菌随连作年限增加而下降,但真菌却增加;3.连作对微生物生理类群的影响,在分析的几类有益细菌生理群中,氨化细菌>硝化细菌>固氮菌和纤维素分解菌;随着连作年限的增加,各有益细菌生理群的数量锐减。

Abstract:The effects of continuous cropping years on liriope by analysis the variety of the microbial flora of the liriope rhizosphere and outrhizosphere was studied.The results were: 1,the bacteria was more than 99% of the total microorganisms,Actinomycete was 0.44%,and the fungi were the lest.By the comparison of the soil types,the total microbe number was in the order:tuber rhizosphere > fibrous Rhizosphere > outrhizosphere.2,The number of bacteria and actinomycete increased with continuous cropping years increasing,but fungi decreased.3,The effects of continuous cropping years on bacterial physiological groups were in the order:the total microbe number of ammoniation>nitrifier>azotobacter and cytophaga in investigated bacteria;the total number of the bacterial physiological groups decreased with continuous cropping years increasing.
