摘    要:溶解性有机质(Dissolved organic matter,DOM)由于含有羧基、羟基、羰基和甲氧基等活性功能团,能作为重金属在环境中的迁移"载体"或"配位体",通过与土壤中重金属之间的离子交换吸附、络合、螯合等一系列反应抑制或促进重金属在土壤中的吸附,影响重金属的沉淀、迁移转化和生物有效性,进一步影响生态环境安全和人类健康。因此,详细介绍了DOM尤其是外源DOM的来源、提取和组成,同时综述了溶解性有机质对土壤吸附重金属的影响及其影响机理的研究进展。

Abstract:Dissolved organic matter(DOM) can be served as the "carrier" or "ligand" of heavy metals migration because it has many function groups such as carboxyl,hydroxyl,carbonyl and methoxy.DOM can promote or inhibit adsorption of heavy metals by soil through a series of reactions between DOM and heavy metals such as ion exchange,complexing and chelation,which will affect precipitation,migration/transformation and bioavailability of heavy metals,and further affect the ecological environment security and human health.This paper summarized the sources,extraction and composition of DOM in details,and reviewed the progress of research on the effect and mechanism of DOM on heavy metals adsorption by soil.
