灌浆结实期冷型小麦叶片氮含量变化的研究

摘    要:通过多年田间小区试验,研究了不施肥、单施磷肥、单施氮肥和氮磷配施等四种施肥条件下,灌浆结实期冷型小麦和暖型小麦叶片氮含量的差异。结果表明,开花期,在不施肥和氮磷配施条件下,冷型小麦冠层顶三叶的氮百分含量均显著高于暖型小麦;在单施磷肥时,旗叶的氮百分含量也较高;在单施氮肥时,倒三叶、下部叶的氮百分含量显著高于暖型小麦。花后前28天,冷型小麦陕229的冠层顶三叶氮百分含量均显著高于暖型小麦,小偃6号的旗叶在花后前14天、倒二叶在花后前28天、倒三叶在花后前21天也高于暖型小麦。增施氮肥时,冷型小麦下部叶的氮百分含量也明显高于暖型小麦。这为冷、暖型小麦冠层温度的差异提供了氮营养基础。

Abstract:It was studied that difference of foliage N contents between cold type wheat(CTW) and warm type wheat(WTW) by perennial micro-field trials.There were 4 wheat genotypes tested and 4 fertilizer treatments.Two of genotypes were cold type wheat(shaan229 and Xiaoyan6),which had lower canopy temperature,the other 2 genotypes were warm type wheat(NR9430 and 9405) which had higher canopy temperature.The 4 fertilizer treatments were CK(no fertilizer),P fertilization(176.25 kg hm~(-2) P_2O_5),N fertilization(237.0 kg hm~(-2) N) and NP fertilization(176.25(kg hm~(-2)) P_2O_5 plus 237.0 kg hm~(-2) N respectively).Field experiments were conducted from 2002 to 2004 at the Agricultural Experimental Station of Northwest A&F University,Yangling,Shanxi Province,China.The results showed that at anthesis,the N contents of the flag leaf,the second leaf and the third leaf of CTW were higher than that of WTW in the CK and NP treatments;the N content of the flag leaf of CTW was higher than that of that of WTW in the P treatment;the N content of the third leaf and the other leaf of CTW were higher than that of WTW in the N treatment.The N contents of the 3 leaves of Shaan229 and the second leaf of Xiaoyan 6 were higher than that of WTW genotypes in the 4 weeks after flowering,and so were the N contents of the flag leaf of Xiaoyan 6 in the 2 weeks and the third leaf in the 4 weeks after flowering.The N content of other leaves of CTW were higher than that of WTW in the N and NP treatments.The difference of foliage N content maybe was one of foundations of canopy temperature of two kinds of genotypes.
