摘    要:棉花黄萎病(Cotton Verticillium Wilt)是一种由大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb)引起的严重危害棉花生产的土传维管束病害1]。因大丽轮枝菌菌丝体产生的大量微菌核在土壤中存活时间长以及病原菌变异快等特点,造成培育抗病品种、使用化学药剂和利用新的栽培技术等方法防病效果均不理想。近年来,以生物防治为主的综合防治措施日益受到人们重视,并取得了一定效果2-4];该措施

Abstract:Cotton Verticillium wilt has restricted cotton production. Biological control has become the important approach to control soil born disease. Bacillus subtilis HJ5 isolated from healthy cotton rhizosphere in a cotton field with severe verticillium wilt showed a strong antagonistic effect to Verticillium dahliae Kleb (V. dahliae). The inhibition rates of strain HJ5 was 76.2%, and fermentation broth also had inhibitory effects on Verticillium dahliae Kleb (V. dahliae). The disease reduction percentage was 80% in the field after application of the bioorganic fertilizer made from HJ5 and organic fertilizer. Lipopeptide antibiotic were isolated and identified from the strain HJ5. Three kinds of lipopeptide were obtained in the fermentation broth of strain HJ5, they were 1463Da and 1477Da Fengycin A and 1491Da Fengycin B. The strain HJ5 produced a variety of antibiotics to suppress V. dahliae growth, which is an important factor to control verticillium wilt by the strain HJ5.
