Abstract:Under field conditions, we study the correlation between the response and nitrogen use efficiency of vegetable (greengrocery and spinach) and the ecological stoichiometry of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in vegetable under the different fertilizations (CK, organic fertilizers plus inorganic fertilizers 1 containing amino acid, organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, and organic fertilizers plus inorganic fertilizers 2). Our results showed that organic fertilizers plus inorganic fertilizers 1 improved the photosynthetic rate, root growth,yield ,quality, the nitrogen use efficiency of vegetable and C/N of vegetable; reduced the nitrate of vegetable. Therefore, the C/N of organic fertilizers plus inorganic fertilizers 1 improved the C/N of vegetable which can increase the nitrogen use efficiency of vegetable.
