施肥对文冠果生长及土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:针对山东省棕壤丘陵区土壤养分的特点,研究了无机肥、有机肥及有机无机配施对文冠果生长和土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:施肥能明显提高文冠果叶绿素含量,而对文冠果树高影响不显著,有机无机配施能显著增加文冠果地径。施用有机肥、有机无机配施均能够显著提高土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性;单施无机肥抑制土壤过氧化氢酶和脲酶的活性,增强土壤蔗糖酶活性,但对酸性磷酸酶活性影响不明显。
