| 摘 要： | 沿海滩涂作为海岸带的重要组成部分，是我国重要的后备土地资源，而随着我国经济的发展和人口的增加,对滩涂地区的开发利用也将成为我国经济发展新的增长点，在分析国外滩涂利用模式的基础上，从土地资源，生物资源和淡水资源等角度探讨滩涂的开发模式，剖析滩涂的内在功能评价指标以及外在经济评价指标。

| Abstract: | As an important component of the coastal region, the coastal beach is an essential preparative land resource in our country. With the development of economy and increase of population in our country, the exploitation and utilization of the coastal beach will become a new economic increasing point. Based on the analysis of utilization models of coastal beaches of some foreign countries, the models of exploitation on land resource, biology resource, and water resource are discussed, the internal functional criterion and the external economic criterion of evaluation are probed into. |
