肥城市水资源承载力评价

摘    要:区域水资源承载力研究的目的是为了解决区域水资源承载力与区域水资源承载力的负荷值或期望负荷值之间的矛盾。由于水资源系统的复杂性和不确定性,在分析区域水资源与水环境的基础上,采用基于极大熵原理的水资源承载力模糊评价模型可有效的明确区域水资源承载力,最终目的是研究提高水资源承载力的途径及措施。

Abstract:The aim of researching the water resources carrying capacity is to solve the contradiction between the present water resources carrying capacity and the load or the expected load of water resources carrying capacity.First,the authors analyze the water resource and the water environment of a region.Because the water resources system is complicated and ambiguous,a mathematics model according to the Jaynes maximum entropy in information theory on the base of fuzzy mathematics is applied to assess water resources carrying capacity.The model is optimum.Then,a conclusion is got:the water resources carrying capacity is very low and some measures which improve the water resources carrying capacity should be adopted.
