宁夏水资源存在问题及对策研究

宁夏地处西北内陆干旱地区,水资源极为匮乏,人均可耗水量仅有89m³,属于重度缺水区1].随着宁夏经济持续快速发展,水资源供需矛盾日渐突出.通过调查宁夏水资源的基本情况,对宁夏水资源开发、利用中存在的问题进行分析,探讨其问题的根源,按照充分合理利用宁夏现有水资源的宗旨,提出了宁夏今后在进行水资源利用、调度、分配和管理方面新的对策,以实现宁夏水资源的可持续利用.

Question Existing in Water Resources of Ningxia Rigion and Countermeasures Researching

Ningxia is located in the northwest arid inland,its water resource is extremely deficient,people's water consuming amount is 893 m~3,belonging to the area that lacks water seriously.As the economy of Ningxia is developed fast continuously,the imbalance between supply and demand of water resource is outstanding day by day.Through the basic investigation of the water resource in Ningxia,the existing question is analysed about the development and utilization of water resources of Ningxia,probing into the origin of its question.According to the aim of utilizing the existing water resource in Ningxia rationally,the new countermeasures are proposed for carrying on water resources utilizations,dispatching,assigning and management in the future in Ningxia,in order to realize the sustainable utilization of the water resource in Ningxia.
