豫西山丘区雨水资源开发利用模式与关键技术

雨水资源开发利用中,修建大型骨干水利工程受地形、地貌、水文、地质等因素影响较大,工程造价高,解决问题有限;而雨水集蓄工程,分布广泛,开发利用成本低,技术相对简单,管理维护方便,并且,可以通过对雨水的直接调控,减少降雨所产生的地表径流,消除水土流失原动力,减轻水土流失危害。通过对豫西四县典型小流域内雨水资源开发利用技术综合研究分析,探讨了山丘区不同部位(坡面、沟道等)蓄水工程开发利用模式及关键技术,供同类型区参考,推广应用。

Exploiting and Utilization Models and Key Techniques of Rainwater Resources in Mountain and Hill Area in Western Henan Province

In exploiting and utilization of rainwater resources,the large key water conservancy works would be built at high cost,solving issues with limitation because of great influences by topography,landforms,hydrology and geology.But distributed widely,the rainwater gathering and storage works will be built at low exploiting cost,with relatively simple construction technique,and in convenience for management and maintenance.Through the direct regulation and control to rainwater,it can also reduce runoffs produced by rain,weaken the impetus of soil erosion,abate the harm of soil losses.Through comprehensive analysis on the exploiting and utilization techniques of rainwater for typical small watershed in four counties western Henan Province,the exploiting and utilization models and key techniques of rainwater gathering and storage works on different positions of hills(slope,gully etc.) were probed.
