Discussion on the Soil and Water Conservation and the Water Resources Sustainable Development

The water cycle is the natural rules of natural waters and the base of water resources sustainable use. Every factor which breaks the water cycle will hinder the water resources sustainable use; otherwise, which benefits to the water cycle will serve for it. Based on the principle of the water cycle, we have analysis of the interior relation between the soil and water conservation and water resources sustainable development and influences of the soil and water and plant’s breakdown on the water resources sustainable use, and exploration of mutual relation between the soil and water conservation and water resources sustainable development, it express an important role of conservation and water resources sustainable development on depth.
