摘    要:小流域水土流失治理综合效益分析与评价是一个多因素、多目标、多指标综合效益的系统评价问题,评价结果是否具有可靠性则与所选评价指标体系及方法有着直接关系。在对水土流失治理综合效益评价指标体系与方法深入研究的基础之上,结合当地实际情况提出了半干旱黄土丘陵沟壑区安家沟流域水土流失治理综合效益评价的指标体系、评价方法以及评价过程,以利于该区水土流失治理综合效益的分析与评价。

Abstract:It is a systematic assessment with multi-factor, poly-objective and multi-index that the analysis and evaluation of comprehensive effects of water-soil loss control in small basin, whereas the reliability of its assessment result is closely related to the selected index system and evaluation method. Based on the deep studies on index system and method of comprehensive effects assessment of water-soil loss control and combined with local present condition, the index system, method and process of evaluation of comprehensive effects of water-soil loss control in semiarid loess hill-valley areas are put forward.
