| 摘 要： | 运用能值分析的理论与方法,从能值流量、能值经济、资源投入产出、环境压力、综合指数五个方面构建了循环经济能值评价指标体系,分析了柴达木盆地1998-2007年循环经济发展概况,结果表明:柴达木盆地的经济发展主要依赖本地的不可更新资源,属于资源输出型区域。经济发展造成的环境压力越来越大,可持续性也较差,但潜力较大。因此只有合理开发和利用当地的不可更新资源,提高资源的循环利用水平,才能更好地促进柴达木盆地循环经济的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on emergy analysis,the development of circular economy in Qaidam basin is evaluated from such five aspects as emergy flow,emergy economy,resource input and output,environmental pressure and comprehensive index.The paper analyzes the condition of the development of circular economy in Qaidam basin from 1998 to 2007.The results show that the development of economy mainly depends on the nonrenewable resources and it is a region of resource out-putting.As a result,pressures on resources and environment in... |
