| 摘 要： | 陕北由于自然和人为因素的影响，特别是近几年煤、油、气的开发建设，森林破坏严重，生态环境日趋恶化，经济基础薄弱，发展水平较低的现状，分析了陕北农业发展中存在的非持续性因素和农业技术实施过程中遇到的难题和面临的挑战，可根据当地制订的“十一五”规划和远景目标，找出解决办法。

| Abstract: | Due to the natural and man-made factors,special in coal,oil and natural gas development,the forest was destroyed and the ceo-environment became worsen in north Shaanxi Province,and a result that the economic basis become weakness and the developing level is lower.The unsustainable factors and problem of agricultures development were analyzed. |
