| 摘 要： | 退耕还林工程是当前中国最为宏大的生态修复与重建工程.其终极目标是为区域乃至全国的社会经济可持续发展提供优良的生态环境基础和优良的生物资源库。在工程的实施中,存在着区域生态安全格局、生物多样性保护、外来物种入侵等方面的问题。遵循区域生态安全格局的原则、生态恢复的物种原则以及遏制外来物种入侵是实现其生态目标的根本保证,必须对实施方案做详细、认真的生态安全论证。

| Abstract: | Forest restoration project is the tremendous eyeing on ecological repair and reconstruction in China. Its ultimate goal concerns provision of excellent eco-envlronment foundation and biology resource reservoir for socioeconomic development sustainability regionally even countrywide. During implementation, problems such as regional ecological security pattern, biodiversity protection and external species intrusion should be taken into account. Obeying principles in ecological security pattern, species principle in ecology repair and foreign species intrusion are the guarantee for coming true of ecological goals. And carefully reasoning blue print in detail is evitable. |
