| 摘 要： | 对土地开发经营组织进行了深入而细致的调查。分析了土地开发利用过程中的各种矛盾，在此基础上提出了一个新型的经济合作组织——土地开发经营股份合作社，在土地开发经营中发挥巨大的示范和推动作用。

| Abstract: | Organization of land exploitation and management was investigated deeply and thoroughly. Various contradictions were analyzed during land utilization. Based on them, a new type of cooperative economic organization——stock cooperation of land exploitation and management, is put forward, and its demonstrating and promoting roles are exerted to a great extent in practice. |
