资源环境因素对城市建设用地增长的影响

我国人多地少的矛盾在客观上要求协调人口-资源环境-社会三者的关系,从而实现城市的可持续发展。认真研究国内外城市化过程中建设用地扩张与资源、生态环境之间的关系;城市建设用地增长的主要驱动因素;城市化过程中带来的主要生态环境问题。对于城市化过程中的城市生态承载力、资源环境胁迫作用,以及城市化过程中的生态资源整合等方面提出理性思考。同时从资源环境的视角对城市快速扩展过程中城市规划的调控、引导和管制作用加强,严格对土地利用进行约束的土地管理等方面的政策制定提供一些合理化建议。
