北戴河城市湿地公园功能区划与建设研究

北戴河城市湿地公园位于森林、海洋和湿地三大生态系统交汇地段,具有其特殊性。在分析北戴河城市湿地公园特殊性的基础上,将城市湿地公园规划为：西北部生态保护区,中部生态园林观光与休憩区,西部科普、休闲娱乐区、高效生态渔业示范作业区与生态就餐区,东南部滨海大道以东观海区共四个功能区,并提出主要建设项目,最后展望了北戴河城市湿地公园的发展前景,最终达到自然资源的合理开发利用和生态环境的改善,实现人与自然和谐共处。

Study on the Functional Regionalization and Building Beidaihe of the Urban Wetland-park

The Beidaihe wetland-park is located in the junction of three big ecosystems that are forest, oceans and wetlands, which has its particularity. Basing on analyzing the particularity of Beidaihe urban wetland-park, the authors devied it into four function regions that are northwestern ecology reserve, the middle area with the ecological garden sightseeing and rest, the western one with the popularization of science, the leisure entertainment one, the demonstration operation one of highly effective ecological fishery and the one of the ecological restaurants, and southeastern view sea one east to Binhai road. Major construction projects are proposed,and finally foreseen the prospects of the Beidaihe urban wetland-park. It eventually realizes the natural resource reasonable development and the ecological environment improvement, and manifests the harmonious coexistence boundary between human and the nature.
