摘    要:利用成都东部的典型边坡土壤作为研究材料,研究了自然边坡、铁路边坡和农田边坡等三种典型边坡土壤中蔗糖酶和脲酶活性及其季节变化。结果表明:这两种酶在铁路边坡和自然边坡中表现出相似的季节动态,最大活性出现在春秋两季,最小活性出现在冬季;农田边坡中两种酶均在春季呈现出最大活性,在秋季呈现出最小活性。土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶的活性均表现为:自然边坡〉铁路边坡〉农田,不同土地利用方式下,脲酶活性季节变化没有规律。分析结果显示:蔗糖酶和脲酶活性在三种不同的土地利用方式下的变化是显著的(P〈0.05)。
