太湖流域安吉县森林控制土壤侵蚀及养分流失的效益评估

摘    要:因土壤流失带来的面源污染是太湖流域水质恶化的主要原因之一,而森林在控制土壤侵蚀以及减少养分流失方面具有重要作用。以安吉县森林资源二类调查数据为基础,采用土壤侵蚀模数法和土壤养分含量估算了森林控制土壤侵蚀及其减少氮、磷养分流失量,并参照污染物入河降解系数与环境资源区域补偿标准,评估了安吉县森林减少氮磷养分流失的生态效益。结果表明:安吉县森林可年均减少151万t土壤侵蚀量,从而控制住土壤中1 409t总氮和577t总磷养分流失,相当于每年避免了824t总氮和410t总磷输入到河流水体中;仅此一项生态服务功能,安吉县森林每年就应得到9 255万元生态补偿资金,约合森林688元/(hm2.a),相当于目前47元/hm2生态补偿标准的15倍。该研究揭示了太湖流域上游地区森林控制土壤侵蚀及养分流失对于流域水环境保护的重要性,有助于流域水环境污染治理与保护工作的开展。
