不同保水剂吸水保水能力聚类分级研究

摘    要:运用SPSS 11.5中的聚类分析方法,利用25种保水剂产品的吸水能力(吸水倍数、吸水速度)和保水能力(保水率、释水速度)的测定结果,根据保水剂特性分别进行了聚类,对产品的性能相应的建立了分级指标:吸无离子水能力,分为高(≥350 g/g),中(100~350 g/g),低(<100 g/g);在吸0.9%NaCl水溶液方面,分为高(≥45 g/g),中(20~44 g/g),低(<20 g/g);吸无离子水达到80%饱和所需时间,分为快(<10 min),中(10~25 min),慢(>25 min);综合保水能力,分为较弱、中等、较强。对产品各个特性分级聚类,旨在为用户结合保水剂的特性和自己的要求,合适的选购产品提供依据。

Abstract:The classify procedure in SPSS 11.5 is applied to cluster and to grade the products in term of their characteristics respectively based on the measured results of capability of water absorbing and restraining from 25 kinds of SAP products.On the capability of absorbing water,it is divided into three grades: high,medium,and low.On the capability of restraining water,it is divided into weak,medium,and strong.By this way,it will facility users to buy SAP products according to their requirements.
