| 摘 要： | 生态经济区是宏观管理区域社会经济发展的一种新的模式，旨在合理处理发展与环境、资源的关系和实现人类社会的持续发展。生态经济区包括综合管理者、生态农业、生态工业和生态居民区(城镇和乡村)四个要素。基于生态经济学、系统科学、环境科学和各种现代科学的更综合、协调的管理是实现该模式的前提，本文简述了该模式的概况及其实践和理论基础。

| Abstract: | The eco-economic region is a new model for integrated development of social economy with protection of environment and resources within a certain region,which includes four essential elements:the comprehensive management institution,the eco-industries,the eco-agriculture and the eco-communities.The prerequisites for accomplishing the model were comprehensive and integrated management based on eco-economics,systematic sciences and modern scientific knowledgies.The outline of the model and its practical and theory bases were described in the paper. |
