| 摘 要： | 简析了河北省坝上地区自然、气候特征和农业生产中存在的问题，指出坝上地区发展以牧为主的大农业，调整农业结构，在草地恢复和重建中实行集约化经营，增加投入，提高牧草产量，是坝上地区农业持续发展的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The agricultural structure should be adjusted to favor the grassland construction in Bashang Plateau of Hebei Province based on analysis of the climatic and natural characters as well as the current status of agricultural production. The intensive management and the increasing input are important way in improving the yield of grass based on field experiments results. |
